Child care
facilities must be regulated in accordance with Montana law and be in
good standing with the Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services.
-
Parents retain and must exercise responsibility for investigating and
monitoring, assessing, and selecting child care situations for their children.
-
Butte 4-C's
encourages, recommends, and assists child care facilities reaching
national accreditation standards.

When judgment
calls are required, Butte 4-C's will favor the child.
