TRAINING POLICIES AND RATES

Our services for child care providers focus on assisting with start-up and operation of their child care businesses. We offer assistance in setting up environments and helping develop good business policies. We offer a free 23-hour curriculum that provides on-site support and information that providers need to know, understand, and be able to do in their first year of business. We offer more educational opportunities by providing technical assistance; mailing monthly and quarterly newsletters; providing advocacy; providing information on Best Beginnings Quality Programs and available grant opportunities; and loaning materials from our Resource Library.

Registration Policy

Use your current Butte 4-C's Training Calendar to plan and select your trainings. Once you select training for your staff and yourself, a phone call to the Butte 4-C's will put you on the agency sign-in sheet for the class. Participants will be registered when payment is received. Registration must be completed one week in advance of the trainings so presenters can prepare handouts and other materials. Trainings may be cancelled or rescheduled for less than 5 completed registrations.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

If less than 5 people pre-register, Butte 4-C's reserves the right to cancel a class. Inclement weather may result in cancellation or rescheduling.

Refunds will only be given due to illness or family emergency, and all refunds must be approved by the Butte 4-C’s Executive Director. If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible. We often have a waiting list of people who want to attend training sessions.

4 hour classes	$30.00
BEST 23-hour Program	no charge
Correspondence Courses	2 hrs = $15 4 hrs = $30 6 hrs = $35
Infant Toddler Series (60 hours)	$160.00
Butte 4-C’s Conference (6 hrs and includes lunch)	$35
Orientation	No charge

Important Reminder: If you need CEU's to renew your CDA, contact the Butte 4-C's a month prior to the class, so that this process can be completed.
